<Note>
  **Apollo is the company that runs your company — without you having to run your company.**
  An operating system where AI agents run whole areas of the business, each
  with its own memory, governance, and budget.
</Note>

## Start with the scene, not the feature

It's 10pm on a Tuesday. The founder is still up because only they know
how the work actually flows: which lead needs a follow-up, where that
contract is, what's still open from the 3pm meeting, who to chase
tomorrow. The tools exist — a CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, an AI
copilot here and there. But **the company's operating system is them**.
Everything routes through one person's head.

That's where the leverage stalls. You can automate isolated tasks, but
you can't delegate the **orchestration** — because it lives in exactly
one place: you.

Apollo exists to take the company out of your head and put it into a
system that **remembers, decides, and acts** — so you move up a level:
from *doing* to *choosing what's worth doing, setting the bar, and owning
the things only humans own — strategy and taste.*

## What Apollo Space is

Apollo is an **AI operating system for companies**. Instead of yet
another isolated tool, it's the layer where a company's knowledge,
decisions, tools, and labor become **legible to AI by default** — and
where a **hierarchy of agents** runs whole areas of the business.

Picture an org chart that mostly works on its own:

    DT["Digital Twin<br/>(your twin — personal, spans all your orgs)"] --> CoS["Chief of Staff<br/>(the conductor of each organization)"]
    CoS --> M1["Managers<br/>(sales, finance, operations...)"]
    M1 --> S1["Specialists<br/>(research, outbound, writing, analysis...)"]
    CoS --> Brain["Company Brain<br/>(the company's memory + knowledge)"]
    M1 --> Tools["Tools<br/>(CRM, channels, integrations)"]
```
Most of these agents stay **dormant** and wake on a trigger — like
someone clocking in and out of a shift. You don't pay for an idle agent;
you pay for work that actually gets done.
## What Apollo runs
Apollo isn't only a sales tool — though **selling** is one of its most
mature pillars. The same hierarchy of agents runs the business end to
end:
## How to get started
<Note>
  **Apollo Space is in invite-only access.** To use the platform, you
  need an invite from the Apollo Space team — reach out through the
  official channels to request one.
</Note>
<Steps>
  <Step title="Receive your invite">
    You get a unique link by email. It lets you create your Apollo Space
    account self-serve.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Create your organization">
    After creating your account, you set up your company's
    **organization** right in the app — name, slug, and description. The
    org starts with an initial Stars balance so you can operate without
    blockers from day one.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Invite your team">
    As the org owner, you invite colleagues as members (Admin / Member /
    Viewer). Each one needs this intra-org invite to join — there's no
    public sign-up.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Connect a channel">
    WhatsApp (Twilio BYO-key) or email (Resend / Gmail) — whichever fits
    your operation.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Talk to your first agent">
    In chat: ask your Chief of Staff to organize the week, ask Scout to
    research a company, or ask Marcus to draft a first outreach.
  </Step>
</Steps>
