Apollo Space
Apollo is the company that runs your company — without you having to run your company. An operating system where AI agents run whole areas of the business, each with its own memory, governance, and budget.

Start with the scene, not the feature

It’s 10pm on a Tuesday. The founder is still up because only they know how the work actually flows: which lead needs a follow-up, where that contract is, what’s still open from the 3pm meeting, who to chase tomorrow. The tools exist — a CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, an AI copilot here and there. But the company’s operating system is them. Everything routes through one person’s head. That’s where the leverage stalls. You can automate isolated tasks, but you can’t delegate the orchestration — because it lives in exactly one place: you. Apollo exists to take the company out of your head and put it into a system that remembers, decides, and acts — so you move up a level: from doing to choosing what’s worth doing, setting the bar, and owning the things only humans own — strategy and taste.

What Apollo Space is

Apollo is an AI operating system for companies. Instead of yet another isolated tool, it’s the layer where a company’s knowledge, decisions, tools, and labor become legible to AI by default — and where a hierarchy of agents runs whole areas of the business. Picture an org chart that mostly works on its own: Most of these agents stay dormant and wake on a trigger — like someone clocking in and out of a shift. You don’t pay for an idle agent; you pay for work that actually gets done.

The Digital Twin is the headline

Your digital twin — a living replica of what you know, how you decide, and who you work with. It reasons and acts on your behalf, across every organization you belong to.

One surface, not ten

CRM, documents, finance, channels, knowledge, and agents in one place. Context lives in the platform — not in spreadsheets, and not in one person’s head.

Memory that compounds

Every conversation becomes knowledge. Agents remember facts, preferences, and what already worked — and get better with every use.

Governance and budget

Every action is logged and auditable. Stars are the org’s budget, with caps that stop spend before the call. Autonomy is earned through track record, not toggled with a switch.

What Apollo runs

Apollo isn’t only a sales tool — though selling is one of its most mature pillars. The same hierarchy of agents runs the business end to end:

Commercial

Research, prospecting, follow-up, and CRM — the whole funnel with agents working alongside the team.

Operations

Routines, tracking, triage, and tasks that move between areas on their own.

Backoffice

Documents, organization, records, reconciliation — the work that holds up everything else.

Planning

Goals, breaking work into tasks, prioritization, and a view of what’s in flight.

Management

Summaries, overviews, nudges, and the pulse of the operation for whoever leads it.

Finance

Entries, expenses, and reading the numbers — the agent that watches the cash.

Who it’s for

Founders and leaders

The Digital Twin represents your voice and your decisions in the communications and operations you don’t have time to mediate. You move up a level; the operation keeps running.

Operating teams

Sales, operations, backoffice, finance — every area gets agents that handle the repetitive work and hand hours back to the team.

Technical teams

A typed API, hundreds of integrations, customizable agents with their own tools, and an open architecture built for extension.

Regulated organizations

Enforced isolation between organizations at the database layer. An append-only audit trail. Practices aligned with Brazil’s LGPD.

How to get started

Apollo Space is in invite-only access. To use the platform, you need an invite from the Apollo Space team — reach out through the official channels to request one.
1

Receive your invite

You get a unique link by email. It lets you create your Apollo Space account self-serve.
2

Create your organization

After creating your account, you set up your company’s organization right in the app — name, slug, and description. The org starts with an initial Stars balance so you can operate without blockers from day one.
3

Invite your team

As the org owner, you invite colleagues as members (Admin / Member / Viewer). Each one needs this intra-org invite to join — there’s no public sign-up.
4

Connect a channel

WhatsApp (Twilio BYO-key) or email (Resend / Gmail) — whichever fits your operation.
5

Talk to your first agent

In chat: ask your Chief of Staff to organize the week, ask Scout to research a company, or ask Marcus to draft a first outreach.
