Upcoming Releases
A public roadmap of upcoming deliveries will be published here as
plans solidify. For now, the history below covers what is already live.
2026
Admin cost dashboard by providerA new section at
/admin/usage/llm aggregates consumption by provider
(LLM + vendor) with LLM / Vendor / All tabs, a daily chart, and
a per-organization rollup. Available to users with the admin role
in the org.Vendor COGS — Tavily, Composio, Apify, TwilioEvery paid external call now debits Stars from the org’s wallet and
logs it in the usage history. No more cost blind spots across external
vendors. Appears automatically in Stars and
in Caps.Agent semantic memoryAthena and Digital Twins now have long-term memory that persists
across conversations. It learns org preferences, recalls decisions made
in past conversations, and maintains continuity between sessions.Memory is isolated per org (one customer’s Athena never sees another’s
context) and per-user for sensitive data. See Athena.
WhatsApp 24-hour window enforced automaticallyMarcus now detects whether a 24-hour messaging window is open with
each lead. Within the window it sends free-form text; outside it,
it uses a Meta-approved template — no configuration required. See
Set up WhatsApp.
Maps lead search + contact enrichmentAthena and Marcus can now populate leads via Apify (Google Maps
- website contact extraction). “Find 50 pizza places in São Paulo” is now a supported request.
Composio — hundreds of apps via OAuthAthena gains access to hundreds of SaaS apps (Notion, Slack,
Linear, HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar…) via Composio. No webhook
configuration or SDK implementation required.See Composio.
Apollo Stars — the internal currencyThe previous billing model has been replaced by Stars — a single
currency that covers LLM tokens, web search, outbound, and external
integrations. Caps are configurable per org, agent, and user.See Stars.
2025
Digital Twins for leadersDigital Twins launch as a distinct personal agent — separate from
Athena, the organization’s Chief of Staff. A Twin represents a specific
person, inheriting their voice, context, and history, and can act
across organizations on that person’s behalf.See Digital Twins.
Multi-tenant isolation enforced at the database levelMigrated from application-layer filtering to row-level security
enforced in the database. Cross-tenant data leaks from a forgotten
filter are no longer possible — the database itself intercepts
unauthorized queries.See Multi-tenant.
HITL (Human-in-the-loop) for outboundMarcus now pauses for human approval by default before each
send. You review the draft and the signals that prompted it, then
approve, edit, or reject. Alternative settings (auto-approve,
batch-approve) are available under Settings → Agents → Marcus.See Marcus.
